Alliance members and Arts Summit 2014 registrants are invited to join us this Thursday, June 19, 2014 for a special presentation by Kelly Hill of Hill Strategies Research Ltd. on diversity in British Columbian arts audiences. The presentation will be followed by a networking reception (cash bar) and the Alliance's Annual General Meeting.

The AGM will commence at 5:00 p.m.

There is no charge to attend, however we ask that you RSVP to indicate whether you will attend the AGM only, or both the presentation and the AGM.

At the AGM, you'll receive reports on the Alliance's work in the past year, and updates on plans moving forward. Two special resolutions will be put forward to the membership, recognizing that the scope of the Alliance's work has expanded from "Greater Vancouver" to "British Columbia." Attendance at Kelly Hill's presentation is limited to Alliance members, invitees of the Vancouver Opera, and to registrants of Arts Summit 2014 (taking place Friday, June 20 at the Roundhouse in Vancouver).
The presentation will include aspects of the recent Hill Strategies report Diversity and Arts Attendance by Canadians in 2010 framed in a specifically British Columbian context. A facilitated discussion will follow the presentation.
