Building Opportunities brings representatives together from across sectors to share best practices in real estate development, financing, programming spaces, shared services, and to attract investment and partners.

The Social Purpose Real Estate Collaborative (SPRE) is a group of funders and investors that support, promote and/or invest in social purpose real estate in Metro Vancouver. Each member of SPRE is interested in working strategically and collaboratively to be more effective and expand their work in social purpose real estate.
