Mount Pleasant Co-location Space Opportunity

The Beaumont Studios Artist Society in Mount Pleasant is looking for motivated partners to join them as co-anchor tenants in a 2-level 12,000 square foot building adjacent to the Beaumont's current home. The Beaumont Studios Artist Society will occupy the 6,000 square foot ground floor, leaving the upstairs offices available for another organization. 

The Beaumont Studios is accepting submissions of interest for a tenant cohort to occupy the upstairs office space. It is located in the I-1 light industrial neighbourhood of South East Mount Pleasant (5th Ave and Alberta St). The Beaumont has a solid 10 year history with the landlord in their current location who also owns both buildings. The ground floor warehouse space will allow The Beaumont to offer their clients an additional 2500 sqft performance space, a kitchen for catering and member based  events, which will also include 10 new artist studios.

This opportunity to join with The Beaumont's long, strong and proud history in the neighbourhood will be granted to the right group based on aligned vision and goals with the intention of creating a solid relationship that will benefit both organizations.
