This Friday's Vancouver AM Tourism Association breakfast celebration of Culture Days will include a piano recital, juggling, an electric cello performance, and brief talks about Culture Days by Vancouver actor / musician (and Spirit of the West frontman) John Mann and TELUS Community Board and Knowledge Network Chair Nini Baird.
Held in the beautiful Pyatt Hall at the VSO School of Music (843 Seymour Street) from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., the breakfast is also an opportunity to be among the first to experience a new venue that is sure to become popular for performances and corporate and group functions.
Popular Vancouver cellist Cris Derksen will welcome guests as they arrive. VSO School of Music faculty members Helen Hall and Rita Attrot will treat us to a four-hands-one-piano recital, and performance artist Yuki Ueda will amaze you throughout the morning with his feats of juggling.
