Most known for Parade of Lost Souls and Illuminares, Public Dreams is a charitable organization that strengthens communities, neighbourhoods and cities by inspiring creativity in everyday life. For over 25 years in the Vancouver area, we have been creating magical experiences that connect and replenish. In addition to our big community festivals, we also create and produce many smaller for-hire events every year.

Our client list includes: The City of Vancouver, BC Parks, VanCity, Vanoc, The United Way, Shaw, VanDusen Botanical Garden and the Vancouver Aquarium to name a few. We create interactive, fun and memorable events that range from upscale galas to informal celebrations for tens to tens of thousands. 

We support artists by giving them the opportunity to express themselves fully and we pay professional rates. We collaborate with artists to create narratives that unfold at our events and create immersive, memorable and meaningful experiences for our guests. Our community events attract tens of thousands of participants, giving artists a significant platform in which to showcase their work.
