Random Acts of Circus is currently seeking a pianist*, a cellist, and a violinist for a January production. The show is a combination of circus and theatre performed to live pop classics and lesser know classics that have been rearranged for quartet.
*please note- for the purposes of this show, a keyboard will be used.
We are looking for musicians that:
1. Have a high technical level of ability
2. Can handle a large amount of material
3. Are interested in working on a unique and different project.
Any experience in accompaniment is an asset.
The rehearsal period will run from October 1, 2010-January 4, 2011 and the show run will occupy the performers’ full time from January 5-16.
Compensation will be $375 for the rehearsal fee, with a $1000 honorarium for the performances.
