The Association of Book Publishers of BC (ABPBC) is a provincial association of book publishing companies, founded in 1974, and is the largest regional affiliate of the Associaton of Canadian Publishers (ACP). The ABPBC believes that a healthy BC-owned and -controlled book publishing industry is essential to the educational, social, cultural and economic life of the province.

Rebus Creative is best known as the professional team behind Vancouver’s The Word On The Street festival and the BC Book Prizes, but our client list goes well beyond the publishing sphere.

Our staff is experienced in working with multiple stakeholders such as boards, committees, exhibitors and artists’ collectives. We have produced events in venues as varied as Science World, Performance Works, Vancouver Public Library, Robson Square Media Centre and the CBC Plaza.
