The Morris and Helen Belkin Art Gallery at the University of British Columbia has a temporary student employment opportunity for a Public Programs & Exhibitions Assistant from May 16 to September 2, 2011. The position is 35 hours per week.
Carousel Theatre is looking for dynamic team players to work with us to produce our annual Teen Shakespeare Program, outdoors at Performance Works. This year, we are staging The Taming of the Shrew. This is a Canada Summer Jobs initiative; Applicants must be full-time high school, university or college students who will be returning to full-time studies in the fall. The following positions are available, contingent upon funding:
Production Stage Manager Dates of Employment: June 28 - August 20, 2010 (8 weeks) 35 hours per week Pay: $11 per hour
Reporting to the Executive Director and working with the Events Coordinator, the Events Assistant facilitates Place des Arts’ summer events in all aspects.
