Celebrating its 24th Season in 2013, Bard on the Beach is one of Canada's largest not-for-profit, professional Shakespeare Festivals. The Vancouver Fringe Festival, produced by the First Vancouver Theatrespace Society, is BC’s largest theatre festival!. Pursuing the vision of "Theatre for Everyone," the Fringe features unjuried, uncensored theatre of all kinds and for all audiences. With over 700 performances by more than 80 artists, the Fringe runs September 6-16, 2012 at Mainstage Venues on and around Granville Island and at Bring Your Own Venues across the city. The most popular shows are held over for the Pick of the Fringe September 19-23, 2012.
