Media E-Net
The Alliance for Arts and Culture connects its members with the media through a broadcast system called Media eNet.
Media eNet is a weekly broadcast that, beginning in January of 2012, will reach more than 600 Metro Vancouver media outlets and managers. Included in the Media eNet list are:
- Arts and culture editors, journalists, columnists and reporters;
- Assignment and photo editors, city editors and general reporters;
- Broadcast producers and on-air personalities;
- Freelance journalists and bloggers.
Payment is required in advance.

Submission Guidelines
Specifications
Your submission must:
- Clearly indicate the sending member
- Be sent by email to memberservices@allianceforarts.com
- Be sent as Word or PDF attachments
Deadlines
Currently the Media eNet is sent twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays. The deadline is 1 p.m. on the day of release.
We recommend that you send your media release three to four weeks in advance of the event in order to meet internal media guidelines.
Media E-Net Fees
Full Members - $25/first page and $20 each subsequent page of initial release.
Non-members - $50/first page and $40 each subsequent page of initial release.
Payment Options
Media E-Net submissions can be paid in the following ways, and must be paid by the deadline:
- Cash: in person only
- Cheque: made payable to Alliance for Arts and Culture
- Credit Card: VISA or MasterCard
HST is charged and included in all prices. HST No. 108166877
