Organization Description: 

Studiostone is a sculpture-focused business with several educational programs and art related projects. Based in East Vancouver, it is part of the dynamic visual arts community.



Job Description: 

Position is based out of a sculpture studio to assist with marketing and promotion on various projects. working with Studiostone founder Oliver Harwood, the successful candidate will be trained in teaching a sculpture related program for youth and assist in promotion of Studiostone services and products. This position includes a lot of independence and opportunity for creative input. There is also room for flexible hours.


Daily schedule of tasks
Teach a sculpture program for youth
Work on marketing strategies for services and products
Write proposals and submissions
Maintain books and inventory


Experience in Fine Art (Art School or self taught)
Teaching experience or confidence in teaching
Very comfortable working with children
Great communication skills
Well organized and detail oriented
Punctual and reliable
Marketing and sales experience an asset
Experience with Excel / Quickbooks and asset but not required
Must have own car
