Contract Dance Instructor for Preschool, Child & Adult classes
Job Information
We are currently accepting applications from instructors interested in teaching Adult, Child and Pre-School Dance Programs (Creative Dance, Creative Ballet, Hip Hop, and Dance Samplers) for The Shadbolt Centre for the Arts Outreach Programs. Instructors are required at the following locations – Willingdon Community Centre, Cameron Community Centre and Burnaby Mountain Secondary School.
Interested applicants should have:
- formal dance training, experience teaching dance to a variety of ages and levels plus experience working independently with children
- the ability to plan then instruct dance programs to children ranging in age from pre-school to sixteen years and/or Adult Beginning Level programs .
A Criminal Record Check through the City of Burnaby is required for those instructors working with children and youth.
