The Cultch is currently looking for an outstanding Design & Web Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you have a positive attitude with a strong business sense, are proactive and are full of fresh ideas. You take direction well but also have the confidence to lead projects, set priorities and manage multiple projects at a time.

You have a strong eye for detail and can maintain this accuracy under tight deadlines.
You will apply your strong design, web and communications skills to assist with the creation of marketing materials in support of The Cultch’s marketing campaigns. You love surprising internal departments by creating smart, engaging solutions for their respective needs.

You are very friendly with Adobe Creative Suite 5 and feel comfortable tackling any design request. You have experience liaising with print houses and suppliers and coordinating pre-press requirements.

You are web-savvy with the technological know-how to ensure our website comes to the top of search results, with experience in web design, HTML, and CSS. Experience in Flash animation is an asset. You are familiar with content management systems (preferably Joomla). Photography skills are a strong asset, as is managing and working with social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs).

Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
