Front of House Attendant/Usher

Responsibilities: 

Ushering/Ticket Taking/Bartending/Attending to patron/client needs

Qualifications: 

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

Ability to lift 25lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to work effectively as a team member

Ability to follow directions and work under supervision

Ability to remain calm and focussed when dealing with customer complaints

Ability to work a flexible on call schedule that involves mornings, afternoons, late evenings and weekend hours.

Previous Usher experience an asset

Serving it Right Certificate/OFA Level 1 -  additional assets
