Fundraising Coordinator
Job Information
In conjunction with the Fundraising Committee, the incumbent will take lead on obtaining donations of goods and services from local business to be used in our silent auction. Drawing from our past database of donors, they will be required to update and add to the database, manage donation forms, liaise and follow up with donors, distribute thank you letters, and ensure the process is well recorded within the existing system.
- Self-starter and enthusiastic
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Previous experience in members-driven arts organization an asset
- Experience with Maximizer software an asset
