Responsibilities: 

Manager is responsible for the effective operations of the Ticket Centre, establishment and achievement of policies, goals, and objectives. Manager will also maintain good public relations and actively promote company values through the delivery of consistently high standards of customer care.

Qualifications: 

Advanced Tessitura experience required. Five years minimum management experience. Solid communication skills and strong interpersonal skills in dealing with the public.
