WELCOME to the 25th Anniversary Season of Ballet BC. We are thrilled about the vibrant and diverse season we have created and especially excited to share it with you. There is a new energy at  Ballet BC, an enriching positive and passionate spirit which envelopes the company and reaches out to you from the stage, offering what we know will be an invigorating and moving theatrical experience.

Our 2010-2011 season includes no less than 7 World Premieres, 3 Vancouver Premieres, an evening of original, live music from Vancouver’s premiere chamber orchestra The Turning Point Ensemble, the stunning presentation of Alberta Ballet’s opulent new The Nutcracker, and after an absence of almost twenty years, a visit from one of the most
successful dance companies in the world, The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
 
There’s no mistaking it, we are back with renewed energy, power and confidence.
