Theatre Terrific is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven committee members for annual Wine & Cheese Silent Auction Event in early May.

Responsibilities: 
  • Attend monthly committee meetings
  • Contribute to planning of event, brainstorming ideas, task management
  • Fullfill delegated tasks in timely manner

Examples of tasks may be assigned to committee members include, but are not limited to: gathering food donations, ticket sales management, volunteer management, marketing tasks, picking up donations, designing and creating decor for venue, communications liason, sending invitations, soliciting sponsors

Qualifications: 
  • Self-starter is an asset
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • No experience necessary, but previous fundraising or event planning an asset
  • Positive attitude is key :)
