In Managing Workplace Issues, participants will deal with issues around: fostering positive workplace relationships; employer’s rights & responsibilities; how to use progressive discipline; effectively managing issues such as absenteeism, harassment and duty to accommodate; and performance problem analysis.

Greg Miller is the president of Crowflight Consulting. He holds a Master’s of Applied Behavioural Science in Organizational Development, his Executive Coaching Certificate and is a master trainer. He was the principal consultant for employee development in the HR branch of Agriculture Canada for over 20 years. He has designed and delivered numerous courses on supervisor development, time management, stress management, networking, resume writing, and managing change.
