Three days at the end of each September are dedicated to nation-wide initiatives that raise the awareness, accessibility, participation, and engagement of Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities. Hundreds of thousands of artists, cultural workers, organizations and groups, volunteers, and supporters self-mobilize to host free participatory public events that take place in cities and towns across the country.
British Columbia’s Culture Days Task Force is facilitated through the Society to Bridge Arts and Community, and the BC Culture Days coordinator operates out of the Alliance office.
