Job Description: 

Quadro photo&framing has an immediate position as a Custom Picture Framer and Sales Consultant. As a picture framer you will directly work with customers during the design consultation, aiding them in finding the best combination of framing materials that will lead to the ideal aesthetic and conservation needs of the artwork. You will become responsible for every step in the framing process, from measurement, ordering of materials, assembly and completion of your customer's projects. At Quadro we work both independently and as part of a cooperative team in this highly rewarding skill.


Although experience as a Custom Picture Framer is a definite plus, we are willing to train someone with the right potential. Custom Framing is not just a retail job, it is a skill and a career. We are looking for someone who feels very comfortable doing manual work, and who enjoys interaction with customers. Some level of sales experience, and good background knowledge of an art-related field is preferable. Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop and general computer use.

$12.5-$15 starting wage during training period plus commissions on sales, and plus Benefits after first year. Commitment: 15 to 35 hours a week.During the first year, hourly wage will be adjusted quarterly as you gain more experience.
