Job Description: 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this data-driven position is responsible for building and executing email and paid digital marketing programs to maximize the impact of digital campaigns across a variety of channels.

Working as part of a cohesive and collaborative team of marketing professionals, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is one of many Arts Club champions who play an integral part in the success of our data-based marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: 

The primary functions associated with this position include but are not limited to:
• Execute marketing campaigns both cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Champion and uphold metrics that drive the organization: Awareness, Engagement, Web Traffic, and Conversion
• Utilize digital marketing analytics, analyze data, and recommend action based on data
• Monitor and aggregate campaign data weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Derive insights from user data and make recommendations to improve performance
• Analyze and report on effectiveness of new and existing promotions, campaigns, and suggest improvement when needed
• Maintain email marketing strategy and integrity for best results
• Test, optimize, and improve email campaigns
• Identify target audience with the intention of growing the company’s email reach
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Ensure prompt and accurate communications with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
• Work with Marketing Manager and third-party vendor to plan programmatic advertising campaigns
• Project manage the development of assets for programmatic advertising campaign
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media and Google Grant paid search campaigns
• Research, update, and advise Marketing Manager on marketing trends

Qualifications: 

• University degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one (1) to (3) years of digital marketing experience
• Experience designing, executing, and optimizing advertising efforts
• Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email platforms
• Experience working with databases, preferably Tessitura
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing and verbally with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to track conversions, capture metrics, and generate reports
• Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write email blasts, prepare reports, and make presentations
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently

Remuneration:
