The upper floor of the BC Alliance office, including kitchen, is only accessible via stairs. Our lobby, boardrooms and washrooms are on the ground floor. Our Team
Rainbow Robert
Executive Director
Rainbow Robert has been deeply involved in the arts and cultural sector in British Columbia for the past two decades, most recently in the role of Managing Director of Artistic Programming for Coastal Jazz, where she curated the program for the Vancouver International Jazz Festival.
Rainbow has also served in the role of Executive Director of Jazz Festivals Canada, a not-for-profit national arts service organization that represents the interests of and acts as advocate for Canadian jazz festivals and presenters.
She has adjudicated for the Juno Awards, the Dorris Duke Foundation, and the Governor General’s Performing Arts Awards, and has served on the board of directors for The Canadian Association for the Performing Arts (CAPACOA), and the Vancouver Independent Music Centre (VIM).
SUSANNA FONG
Administrative Coordinator
Susanna Fong is the administrative coordinator at the BC Alliance for Arts + Culture. Born and raised in BC, she has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Victoria.
Throughout her work career, Susanna has gained experience in research, surveys, and project managements. Her most recent project involvement was on the Canadian Great War Project.
During her free time, Susanna is an avid equestrian rider and can be often found riding her favourite horse, Crystal.
Anna Zoria
Director of Communications
Anna Zoria is an artist and works in installation, film and painting. She has a bachelor's degree in the History of Religion, Literature and a master's degree in Fine Arts from the Beaux Arts de Paris.
Most recently you may have seen her work at Wil Aballe Gallery, Access Gallery, ReIssue Publications or Daniel Faria Gallery. Her film on pregnancy and poetry was screened through Art/Mama's PLOT residency, in partnership with VIVO media arts and Canada Council for the Arts. Anna is passionate about keeping the art and culture community well-informed, united, and motivated to create.
