A Memorial To Celebrate Jim Green

Vancouver's diverse communities will gather Saturday, April 14 at The Orpheum Theatre to remember the life and legacy of former City Councillor, anti-poverty activist, and arts advocate Jim Green, who died at his Downtown Eastside home February 28 at the age of 68.

Doors open at 12:30 p.m., with the celebration of Jim's life beginnning at 1:30 p.m.

The event is free and open to everyone wishing to pay their respects to the man and his decades of public service.
