Survivor 101 - Not-for-Profit Lifecycles 101

Metro Vancouver’s popular professional development program, Survivor 101, will launch its 2014-15 season in Richmond with Vantage Point’s Not-for-Profit Lifecycles 101 workshop.

Organizations move through different stages of development: start-up to growth, decline to turnaround, growth to maturity. Every stage is part of a normal process, complete with unique benefits and challenges. This workshop will enable you to identify concrete steps you can take immediately to build your organization’s capacity in governance, management, financial resources and/or administrative systems.
