David Jordan Steps Down as Vancouver Fringe Festival Executive Director

Vancouver Fringe Festival executive director David Jordan announced July 6 that he would be stepping down from his position at the head of the festival after 12 years. He leaves upon completion of the 2017 festival, which runs from September 7 - 17. Jordan will become the City of Burnaby's new arts services manager.
The Fringe Festival is currently conducting a search for Jordan's replacement. Applications are being accepted until August 9, with the new executive director to be announced in October.

"I'm looking forward to working with the excellent team [at the City of Burnaby] to continue nurturing Burnaby's flourishing artistic activities," said Jordan. "I know that my Fringe life will continue to inspire and guide me for the rest of my life. Thank you a thousand times."
