Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives that increase awareness of Sunfire Studios Inc., drive attendance to workshops and events, support gallery and retail sales, and strengthen the studio’s online presence. The ideal candidate is an expert user of Facebook, Instagram, and WordPress with experience integrating content across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Social media content creation and scheduling
• WordPress website updates and integrations
• Photography, video, and graphic content creation
• Event promotion and community engagement
• Visual merchandising and gallery display coordination
• Retail sales and customer service support
• Email marketing and promotional campaigns
• Analytics tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
• Expert use of Facebook and Instagram Business Accounts
• Strong WordPress website management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service and sales experience
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Visual merchandising experience
• Gallery or retail sales experience
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Mailchimp or email marketing experience
• Photography and basic video editing skills
