Call for Artists Description:

The Portland Housing Society (PHS) and Terra Social Purpose Real Estate are inviting artists with a connection to Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside to submit expressions of interest for public art opportunities associated with the new mixed-use building project at 525 Powell Street.
