Description:
We’re casting for a short film titled God Speed — an emotional and cinematic story about transformation through movement.
We are currently seeking two lead roles:
ALEX — Male, 28–35, athletic, emotionally expressive. A former runner struggling with a turning point in life.
YVONNE — Female, 28–35, vibrant, sporty, kind-hearted. Loves running and has a dog.
The film will be shot in Vancouver in August 2025.
This is a passion project by director Mike Starchak, a former TV director in Eastern Europe now based in Vancouver.
Actors will receive an honorarium, meals, and a final copy for their portfolio. This is a non-union project.
