Now in its 39th year, Pacific Contact is the BC Touring Council’s annual tradeshow and booking conference for the performing arts. It includes artist showcases, a contact room (tradeshow booths of artists and agent/managers) workshops, networking and a hospitality suite for late night fun.
Pacific Contact 2015 takes place April 10 to 12, 2015. The conference activities (workshop/networking, hospitality suite,contact room, meals, accommodation) take place at the Hilton Vancouver, in Burnaby. The showcases are at the Michael J Fox Theatre, and at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts.
Delegates to the conference come from BC, across Canada and the US. They include performing arts and school presenters, facility managers, artists and agents/managers and government funding partners and industry representatives. On average, Pacific Contact attracts 200 delegates each year.
Online registration begins November 17. Register by January 16 and your name will be entered for a draw to win 3 nights accommodation at the conference hotel.
