Registration Open For ArtStarts Showcase 2017

Educators, administrators and community presenters interested in booking performances for young people are invited to attend the annual ArtStarts Showcase, taking place March 6-7, 2017 in Vancouver. Delegates include school district arts contacts and community arts programmers, all of whom book performances for young audiences in schools and theatres in their communities across BC.

The ArtStarts Showcase is Western Canada's most important performing arts showcase and conference for school and community arts programmers interested in booking performances for young audiences.

From dancers and storytellers to musicians and theatre groups, the range of performing artists presented at the ArtStarts Showcase always proves to be diverse, engaging and of the highest calibre.

This year's event offers many opportunities to experience the arts and make connections:

  • Watch showcase performances by talented professional artists from a wide range of artistic disciplines and cultural backgrounds
  • Engage with artists one-to-one in the Contact Room
  • Connect with fellow arts champions from across British Columbia (and beyond!) at social receptions
