A new South-Asian arts festival is coming to the Okanagan this September.
OKGN MELA is a one-day festival that will feature 12 young artists from Western Canada including some local Okanagan talent. The event will have musical and poetry performances, an art gallery, a market featuring local vendors, and food and drinks from local businesses.
This event will provide a platform for young artists to share their talents and tell their stories through art.
The event will take place from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturday September 17, 2022 at Creekside Theater in Lake Country.
Tickets can be purchased online on the Creekside Theatre website.
