Deadline Approaching for the Survey of BC Arts and Culture Organizations

The Alliance for Arts + Culture has partnered with Hill Strategies Research to design the Survey of BC Arts and Culture Organizations. Its aggregate results will advance the advocacy initiative and inform our sector for the foreseeable future.

If you belong to a not-for-profit arts and culture organization, the Alliance is seeking your participation. Your contribution is important to the BC arts and culture sector as a whole. The results will be valuable informational resources for all arts and culture organizations, and will allow the Alliance to best represent your interests in its information sharing, policy, and advocacy initiatives. As part of our sector, your input is integral to the success of this important survey.

Specifically, the survey will develop a better understanding of our sector with detailed information regarding our collective workforce, audiences, and financial situation in the current environment. There is currently no other research that represents the BC arts and culture sector's situation and challenges so well.

The Survey of BC Arts and Culture Organizations is primarily intended for a senior staff or board member from a not-for-profit organization within BC’s arts and culture sector. If you have your financial information in hand, it should take only 15-20 minutes to complete.

If there are any organizations you believe should participate in the survey other than your own, we encourage you to share it with them!
