Call for Artists: Ten Different Things

Ten.jpg

Ten Different Things is the name of ten projects that will explore ways culture is experienced in Vancouver or provoke new visions of art and civic life.  Projects can take a variety of forms — events, installations, residencies, interventions. Each project will receive an artist fee of $4,000 and a budget toward engineering, permitting, materials, production, and installation. Artworks will be presumed to be temporary unless the City agrees otherwise for particular works.

Curated by Kate Armstrong, the series is a collaboration between the City of Vancouver Public Art Program, CityStudio, and Living Labs at Emily Carr University of Art + Design. See the Call for Expressions of Interest for full details.

Deadline

The deadline is May 22, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Please email all proposal materials to Kate Armstrong at livinglabs@ecuad.ca.
