Unrestricted, our annual conference presented in collaboration with the Greater Vancouver Professional Theatre Alliance, takes place June 13-14 in Vancouver. In addition to emphasizing networking, connection and collaboration, Unrestricted has myriad sessions that will highlight best practices for your arts, culture or heritage organization.

If you're looking to innovate your box office, check out Box Office Strategies: PWYC to Dynamic, which asks what considerations you should make when exploring such box office strategies as tiered pricing, 2 for 1, and many others. Panelists include the Arts Club's Bryan Woo and Music on Main's Jarin Schexnider.

For establishing partnerships with donors, check out Sponsorships: Let's Take Inventory, facilitated by Amanda Burrows (Social Venture Partners). This session explores first steps to meaningful engagement with the private sector: taking inventory of what you have to offer.

If you're hunting for affordable space for your organization to call home, join moderator Jacquie Gijssen and the members of the Social Purpose Real Estate Collaborative (SPRE) June 14 for Space for Arts & Culture. This discussion on the wheres, whys and hows of not-for-profit and community spaces features Jennifer Johnstone (Central City Foundation), Pierre Stolte (Canadian Heritage), Martha Burton (Renewal Partners), Alix Sales (City of Vancouver) and Irene Gannitsos (Vancity Community Foundation).

Wondering how to make best use of your demographic data? Need to know to collect that data ethically? From marketing to fundraising to programming, data can help guide an organization forward, as you'll find out in the session Let's Talk About Data -- moderated by Carla Chambers, featuring Janine Guy (Classic Impressions) and Kara Gibbs (Chan Centre for the Performing Arts).

And human resources wizard Jeanne LeSage leads HR Policy Building, a workshop to help organizations looking to create their own HR policy, as well as moderating What Constitutes Harassment?, an interactive session that dives into the realities of sexual harassment in the workplace (including human rights lawyer Clea Parfitt and lawyer Martha Rans).

These are just a few of the sessions on offer at this year's conference. Check out the schedule-at-a-glance here for more info on what you can expect at Unrestricted.
