City of Vancouver Welcomes Thoughts on Draft Capital Plan

The following information is partially excerpted from a release issued by the City of Vancouver.

The City of Vancouver invites the public to share their thoughts on its draft capital plan. The capital plan is a financial plan for investments in Vancouver's infrastructure and amenities. Capital planning includes maintaining and renewing existing infrastructure, as well as making investments for new infrastructure, including arts and culture facilities. The draft capital plan for 2019-2022 proposes an investment of $173 million for existing and new arts and cultural facilities.
