Last Call For Arts Fete 2010!

Dear Alliance Members and Friends:
 
Please join us today, Thursday, December 2nd, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Scotiabank Dance Centre (Faris Studio) for our Annual Arts Fete. This yearly event is co-produced by the Bridge Society.

The event is timed so that you can make it to other events later in the evening during this busy time of year.   Come share a drink and snacks, participate in our silent auction and maybe win a 50/50 draw! 

Social media and new technology gives us the ability to connect with each other regularly, but nothing beats face-to-face opportunities to re-connect.

See familiar and new faces in the arts community, including some of the many volunteers that support our organizations throughout the year.

The Arts Fete is also an occasion to celebrate and recognize the Arts Board Member of the Year.  

In 2010 we will announce the fourth recipient of this award, which recognizes the outstanding contributions and achievements of an Arts Board Volunteer, nominated by an Alliance member.  

Past recipients include Jane Heyman, Stan Hamilton, and Camilla Tibbs.
