Raincity Rap Festival and Conference

Presented by MISCELLANEOUS Productions, Raincity Rap festival and conference on October 4-5, 2013 features hip hop artists Maestro Fresh Wes, Kinnie Starr and Chin Injeti during two days of industry panels, in-depth interviews, exclusive jam sessions, specific all-ages and free performances, and a closing night urban music contest.

Raincity Rap will provide opportunities to gain an appreciation of the art of hip hop and inside knowledge of the music industry.

8 p.m. - Opening Night featuring Fire from MISCELLANEOUS Productions' hit hip hop musical Kutz & Dawgs

8:30 p.m. - Maestro Fresh Wes interviewed by Elaine Carol 

October 5

1 p.m. - Clear Lines: Powerful, Fierce Women in Hip Hop - Panel
Moderated by Dr. Charity Marsh.
Featuring Kia Kadiri, Kim Sato, JB the First Lady, Andrea Warner and DJ She

2:30 p.m. - Gumption, Guts and Gigs - Music Industry Panel
Moderated by Elaine Carol.
Featuring Jonathan Simkin, Martha Rans, Ari Wise and Matthew Saffran, Adrian Lock and Sarah Webster

4:15 PM - Chin Injeti interviewed by Dr. Charity Marsh

5:15 PM - Kinnie Starr interviewed by Dr. Charity Marsh
