The Neighbourhood Matching Fund supports art projects involving the creation of innovative and lasting work for community enjoyment and use. These projects express something unique about the neighbourhood and must actively involve the local community and build neighbourhood connections.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION

We're looking for volunteers to join the Neighbourhood Matching Fund Advisory Committee. The committee meets 2 to 3 times a year. Members review funding applications and decide which projects receive funding once a year. They also provide advice on how the program is run. Consider applying if you:
-Are interested in community building, art, and equity
-Have connections with a community organization
-Are familiar with Vancouver neighbourhoods
-Bring diverse perspectives and experiences -Live in Vancouver
