CALL FOR ARTISTS:
2026 Engaging Artists in Community Program – Request for Proposals (RFP)

The City of Richmond Public Art Program seeks artists with socially oriented and civic-minded practices for three opportunities in 2026–2027. Professional artists are invited to imagine innovative ways in which art can act as a catalyst to foster individual creative expression, build community, and address topics of relevance while working with community partners.

Opportunity A: $12,000 | Jessie Wowk Elementary School
Opportunity B: $12,000 | S.U.C.C.E.S.S.
Opportunity C: $12,000 | Terra Nova Nature School / Thompson Community Association

Eligibility: Artists residing in Metro Vancouver
Deadline: February 20, 2026
Duration: Spring/Fall 2026 to Spring/Fall 2027
