CALL FOR ARTISTS:
The City of White Rock invites an artist or a team/collective of artists to apply for the Artist in Residence program. This is a 4-week community engagement residency supporting both emerging and established artists. The residency is designed to foster appreciation for arts and culture through innovative programming that engages the community throughout the month of October, including activities connected to the White Rock South Surrey Culture Crawl. Applicants should propose work that includes meaningful public engagement and contributes to cultural participation in the region.

FEES/COMPENSATION:
The selected artist(s) will receive $5,550 inclusive of material fees. This fee may be used to cover artist fees, program development, collaboration costs, space maintenance, and insurance.
