The City of Vancouver has received a development application for 1616 West 7th Avenue. Cultural Services anticipates securing approximately 6,000 square feet of cultural space to be owned by the City of Vancouver as part of this development.

Cultural space on the ground, second and third levels, will likely be a dedicated music space that may include:

  • music studios for rehearsal and production

  • one music studio that may also function as an occasional presentation and recording space with a capacity of approximately 75 people, and

  • ancillary office space.
