CALL FOR ARTISTS DESCRIPTION:
Calling all BC artists 📣

Expressive Youth Projects (EYP) is an artist-led project creating free and inclusive arts experiences for youth aged 12–24 in Langley, BC.

We’re seeking proposals from artists and artist groups of all disciplines, backgrounds, and levels of experience to facilitate arts activities for youth from September 11 to December 13, 2025.

Where can activities take place?
🏠 On-site at one of our partner organizations:
• Inclusion Langley
• Langley Arts Council
💻 Virtually (over Zoom)
📦 As a take-home kit (designed for youth to complete at home)

What formats of activities can you propose?
We welcome all types of creative proposals, including but not limited to:
• One-time classes or workshops
• Recurring classes or series
• Take-home kits
• Cultural knowledge sharing
• Creative hang-outs
• Or anything in between!
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to support performances.

We especially welcome proposals from artists and artist groups who identify as early career or emerging, and who belong to equity-deserving communities, including BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, d/Deaf and people with disabilities.
