JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision and direction of the Venue Operations Manager, Front of House Managers are responsible for coordination of all front-of-house operations during their shifts.

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on programming needs. The position includes regular Saturday and Sunday evening shifts and may include additional weekday or weekend hours as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervision of volunteers
• Management of box office, concession, and membership sales
• Maintaining cleanliness of the venue
• Preparation and reconciliation of cash deposits and concession sales
• Assisting audience members with questions, concerns, and issues as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail with an ability to multitask
• Comfort with public speaking and crowd management
• Self-motivated, with the ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Previous front-of-house experience, cash handling skills, and volunteer management experience are highly valued
• FOODSAFE certification is required (or willingness to obtain prior to first shift)
• Serving It Right and Occupational First Aid Level 1 are considered assets but are not required
• Regular Saturday and Sunday evening availability is required
