JOB DESCRIPTION:
Music in the Morning seeks a proactive, highly organized individual to join our energetic team as Box Office & Analytics Coordinator. This role combines front-line customer service with data-driven insights. The successful candidate will lead box office operations, maintain and analyze audience data, and support our small team in delivering world-class concert experiences to our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Box Office & Revenue Management

  • Lead box office operations for all concerts and special events

  • Process ticket and subscription sales, track revenue, donations, and other gifts

  • Prepare tax receipts and acknowledgment letters for donors

  • Collaborate with on-site volunteers at events

Audience Data & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of subscribers, ticket buyers, and donors

  • Generate regular reports and analysis on audience trends, sales, and engagement

  • Provide insights to support marketing, fundraising, and board reporting

Communications & Administrative Support

  • Assist with creation of concert programs, e-newsletters, social media, and website content

  • Manage general phone lines and email accounts, providing excellent customer service

  • Coordinate and lead mail-outs

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the General Manager and Artistic Director

  • Other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in box office, customer service, or not-for-profit administration

  • Strong digital, editing, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience with ticketing software, CRM systems, or data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.) considered an asset

  • Service-oriented, collaborative, and eager to work with audiences and volunteers

  • Relevant post-secondary degree preferred

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
