JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Dance Instructor is needed to teach Musical Theatre dance to groups of children, ages 6–13 years. Classes are held Saturday mornings at our Langley location, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. There are three back-to-back classes, for three groups divided by age.
There is an additional Preschool Musical Theatre class (singing, dancing, and acting for 3–5 year olds) from 9:00 – 10:00 am on the same day, that could be added to the schedule of the right candidate.
This position begins Sept. 20, 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and deliver fun and energetic Musical Theatre Dance classes
Select music and choreograph dance routines
Choreograph end-of-year production
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary dance program or equivalent training
Experience working with children
Choreography experience
Related performance experience
Criminal Record Check (required)
