JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re seeking a Digital Content Specialist with a keen eye for design and storytelling to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can design engaging social media images and short videos, bringing our projects, artists, and events to life across our digital platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design branded visuals and graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Edit and produce short videos and reels for social media and web use
Create visual assets to support campaigns, shows, and announcements
Collaborate with our team to align visuals with messaging and outreach strategy
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content
Assist in scheduling and posting when needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools
Experience creating visual content for social media, especially for arts or community-based organizations
Basic video editing skills (cutting, captioning, transitions)
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and social media trends
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Experience working with culturally diverse communities is an asset
