JOB DESCRIPTION:
The City of Delta is looking for dynamic, creative, and engaging piano instructors to teach private beginner and intermediate lessons for children and adults.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and deliver quality, instructional, and encouraging piano lessons
• Provide private beginner and intermediate instruction for children and adults
• Prepare lesson content appropriate to student skill levels
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Completion of the Royal Conservatory of Music Elementary Piano Pedagogy Certificate (or equivalent)
• Experience teaching piano
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to take initiative with little supervision
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to work 2–5 hour shifts in Tsawwassen, Ladner, and North Delta
