Job Description:
Custom framer position for 1–2 days a week. Long term. Must be manually dexterous, have a strong sense of design, and ability to work independently. Shifts are 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Currently looking for someone for Tuesday and Friday. Must be available for either or both of those days.

Responsibilities:

• Using a till

• Meeting customers

• Use of all tools involved in framing

• Taking in merchandise

• Framing

• Cutting glass

• Using a mat cutter

• Design

• Keeping the space neat and organized

• Multitasking

• Time management

• Designing custom frames

Qualifications:

• Background in art/craft

• Preference for those who have custom framing experience

• Untrained: $20/hr to start, followed by advancement to $22 by the 6-month mark

• Trained: Starting wage $22 with movement to $23.50 at 6 months
