JOB DESCRIPTION:
Help create Kelowna as a City of the Future and join our team as the Community Ticketing Manager. Are you passionate about live events and bringing communities together? We are searching for an enthusiastic Community Ticketing Manager to take our ticketing services to new heights.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead with a flair for business and a talent for building strong community partnerships
Innovate and collaborate to create unforgettable event experiences
Manage and elevate community ticketing operations across events
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, or equivalent training, plus 5 years of experience in event ticketing management
Proven experience in ticketing management, event coordination, or a related field
Strong technical skills with experience in ticketing platforms
Experience in financial management, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and event settlements
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under tight deadlines
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service
